I started kickboxing for fitness & weight loss in 2009 and 1 year later I start competing in both boxing & kickboxing & fought for my country (& won).


I eat & slept fitness & all I wanted to do was pass my knowledge onto others & help them achieve goals like I did. I became qualified as a personal trainer & fitness Instructor in 2011 and since then I have furthered my knowledge & learning & am now qualified to teach TRX, box fit, training the elderly, step, kettle bells & have recently finished a level 4 Fetac in nutrition.


Since November 2014, power lifting is where my heart lies but I will always have my gloves in the back of the for a sneaky few rounds on the bags.


I am very passionate about helping others & am at my happiest when I’m in a room full of people teaching or seeing my clients getting results. I’m very lucky to wake up every day knowing il be helping at least one person as part of my ‘job’.
