Over 50s Fitness
Fitness for the over 50’s are classes exclusively designed and run for people over 50.
The aim of the classes is to help people lose weight and improve their general health and well being. The classes also help fight the effects of Osteoporosis and Arthritis, as well as lower blood pressure.
The exercise sessions can be tailored to individual needs, so don’t worry if you haven’t exercised in a while. You do as much as you feel you can. There is no pressure on anyone to keep up with the person next to them! However, if you are still very active the classes are also structured to give you a good solid work out. Just concentrate on yourself and exercise to a level that suits you.
