I have always had an interest in sports and fitness.
I always struggled with my weight when I was younger despite my involvement in football as a kid and into my early teens.
I eventually made the switch to training with weights to pursue bodybuilding.Becoming a personal trainer was always something I wanted to do ever since I stepped into the gym environment.
With experience of weight issues myself, I feel I have been there and done that and I know how daunting it can be the first time you walk into a gym or fitness class. Now I can use my experience to help others achieve their goals.
