Strong Fit

  • Strongfit is totally different to any other studio based classes out there.The classes are totally resistance based(weight lifting) and we focus on proper lifting technique and form.We have the numbers capped so there is a max of 12 people in each class to ensure everyone gets as much as possible out of each class.There is 12 classes in total,you have to complete 3 a week - 1 LEGS class,1 UPPERBODY(ARMS) class and 1 CONDITIONING class to complete the course.There are 3 separate times for each class to suit everyone.
     

  • Benefits: Strength,Technique,Form,Fitness and above all change in body composition.
     

  • The Studio provides intense Modified Strongman Training for those who want to develop their strength performance and fitness to higher levels.
     

  • Functional strength is the type of strength that many in the sports performance circles require and work to develop.  The diversity and intensity yields true ‘functional strength’ in the participant.
     

  • Strong core muscles – With the non uniformity and awkwardness of many of our exercises, your muscles need to work hard and adapt to the environmental challenges, e.g. farmers walk, the results are stimulated and stronger muscles.
     

  • Develop your  Lower Back – Avoid back injury by developing strong lower back muscles.
     

  • Joint Stability & Strength – With strong joints, ligaments and tendons will increase the neuromuscular signals/feedback to your brain whilst reducing the possibilities of injuries.
     

  • Reduced Body Fat – A very effective way to loose large amounts of unwanted body fat, this is complimentary of our good friend ‘Lactic Acid’
     

  • Improved Your muscular Endurance – Modified Strongman training is unlike steady state training (e.g. treadmill) and yields excellent muscular endurance helping you to go that extra percentage.
